Start your 2026 Books Now and Save Up To $600!
I believe in rewarding people who take early action, so for July 2026 I am running a special offer:
For just $700 CAD (+ applicable taxes) you get:
* a copy of the Canadian Small Biz Bookkeeping System, customized & all set up for your business
* ALL of your bookkeeping done for you through to the end of June 2026
The system on it’s own with no set up or customization is normally $400+tax, and a year’s worth of bookkeeping done for you + the system is $1700+tax if you wait until 2027 (when I may or may not have the space to take on more clients).
** Quickbooks starts at $360 per year to do it all yourself, which you have to pay for as long as you have a business, plus your sanity as it’s not really set up for sole proprietorships in Canada.

And that’s not all…
By getting a jump start on your books now you’ll not only get a discounted price on your bookkeeping for the first half of 2026, you’ll also get:
- access to the priority queue for completing Q3 and Q4 bookkeeping,
- access to discounted pricing for Q3 and Q4 done-for-you bookkeeping of just $200/quarter!
That means that if you act now, you could end up getting your whole year of bookkeeping done for just $1100 – a savings of $600 when compared to waiting until Spring 2027. Plus, I may not have the capacity to take on any new clients in the spring – it just depends!
** To be clear, all you need to pay today to get your copy of the system + the first half of 2026 completely done for you is $700+tax. The other $400 would come later one if you’d like to hire me to do your Q3 & Q4 as well – but you may love the system so much that you just want to do them yourself and be very hands on with your business finances! Also an option!
From a Happy Client:
Best decision ever! Lisa helped me set everything up and I was so happy with how things were going, I had her redo all of last year’s bookkeeping too. I can’t express how much it was worth the money. If you want the numbers to start making sense and you want to breakup with Quickbooks forever, this is it.

Everything that is included:
Beyond amazing discounts and the relief of not having to do your own bookkeeping (I know it’s typically not folks’ favourite activity!) you will also get:
- A base copy of the Canadian Small Biz Bookkeeping System already set up for your business that you can use for future years – without having to pay for it ever again. This is not a subscription! I repeat: this is not a subscription!
- A Profit & Loss statement that goes beyond the standard ones to paint a crystal clear picture of what your business finances look like for the first half of 2026 – when there is still time to act on that information!
- Integration with the Profit First system so that you have an idea of approximately what you need to set aside for income taxes, and what you should be ‘paying’ yourself based on your business’ revenue.
- Cost of Goods Sold tracking for those that sell products in their business
- Business-use-of home and personal vehicle write off calculators – just enter your information and the system will tell you what your total write-off for the year is!
- A T2125 ‘Cheat Sheet’ for my self-filers that fills itself out automatically – makes your tax filing super easy!
- Write-off calculators for asset purchases, personal medical expenses, and mixed business/personal use expenses like mobile phone
- GST/HST/PST reporting & remitting made easy – if you’re at that point in your business!
What’s Not Included:
- Multiple monthly or annual subscription fees to various software services (QuickBooks, Xero, PDF parsers, etc) that can easily run $1000+ per year.
- Tax advice and tax filings – I’m not an accountant. Yes, an approximate amount for GST/HST and income taxes is tracked and included in the spreadsheet, but this is purely for informational purposes and should be reviewed by an accountant.
- Payroll management – if you’re running payroll and have employees that you need to be remitting income tax for, you need a higher-level service.
Note: Having contractors is fine, you do not need to remit income tax on their behalf and their pay is recorded as an operating expense. - Account reconciliation – this product isn’t built for corporations, yet! That’s currently in the works and I’m hoping to have the corporate version completed by early fall 2026.
The Most Valuable Part
In my humble opinion as a bookkeeper, the clarity on what your finances look like so far in 2026 is far and away the most valuable part of getting your bookkeeping in order now.
Sure, potentially saving yourself $600 on a full year of bookkeeping is great, but knowing where you should focus your time and energy (your two most precious AND most limited resources) for the rest of 2026 has the potential to make you WAY more than that. You have several months left in the year, who knows what you could accomplish in that time with a crystal clear understanding of how things are currently going in the business.
Maybe your revenue numbers aren’t where you want them to be so far this year. Okay, that tells you that maybe you need to shift more of your focus into marketing for Q3 & Q4, or test out a new market or marketing strategy. Maybe you can see that your monthly operating expenses are too high for your current level of revenue, you could take a look and see where you could maybe cut some expenses and get that number down – or you’re like “Nah I’d rather just sell more.” Both are valid solutions! If you can see that one product or service is clearly outselling the others, maybe you look into doubling down on the marketing for that.
Don’t fear the numbers. They are just data, and data empowers you to make more effective decisions in your business.

Frequently Asked Questions
No, you will need to either download your transactions from your bank and copy/paste them into the spreadsheet, or enter transactions manually.
I did look into being able to connect the spreadsheet and automatically download transaction, but Canadian security regulations for online banking are pretty strict – which is not a bad thing! There just wasn’t a good way to get it done securely, given that this is not software but rather a humble spreadsheet. The spreadsheet does do a lot, this was just one thing that was a no-go.
You bet. If you are purchasing the Done-For-You package then spreadsheet customization is included in the package price already.
If you want to purchase just the spreadsheet but need customizations made please get in touch first, they can be done for an additional fee.
No, if you are buying the Done-For-You package it is just one payment of $700 CAD (plus tax) today, and it includes all of the bookkeeping for the first half of 2026 – up to June 30th.
You will also have the option to be able to purchase packages to complete bookkeeping for Q3 and Q4 2026 at just $200 (plus tax) per quarter later on.
The Done-For-You service is only available for businesses in Canada. I have no idea what the tax rules are in other countries, what kinds of things you can write off as a business expense, and so on.
The system might, possibly, maybe (with a heavy emphasis on the maybe) work for businesses in other countries, however it’s very much set up for Canadian businesses and Canadian tax law. I would not be able to provide documentation or support for any businesses located outside of Canada.
No, if you have regular employees and are running payroll and need to remit taxes on their behalf you need a higher touch service that is specifically set up to be able to handle that. I have never owned a business or done bookkeeping for one that had regular employees, so I’m afraid I don’t have any experience or recommendations in that area!
If you hire contractors then this will work just fine for you – there is an expense category built-in to track how much you spend on contract services.

Other questions?
Please get in touch using the form below with any further questions that you might have – I promise to get back to you within 3 business days. Always best to ask if you’re unsure!
What Happens If I Don’t Start Now?
The price goes up to what it normally is: $1700 for a year’s worth of bookkeeping.
The other thing is that if you wait until Spring 2027 to get your 2026 books in order you’re looking backwards, it’s too late to do anything about 2026 at that point. Right now? You have just under 6 months left, there is no telling what could happen in that time.
You also won’t get the benefit of knowing ahead of time approximately how much you’re going to have owing for your income taxes – and the opportunity to set that aside ahead of time. Believe me, going into your year-end meeting with your accountant and finding out you have a big chunk of change owing that you had not planned/saved for is not a good time!
I whole-heartedly recommend getting your business books in order now, it will help you immensely for the rest of the year.
